Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent HRIS Analyst for a Global leading organisation in Dublin City Centre.
The candidate must have 2 years in a HR Analytical role and have excellent experience running reports and working with SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities: Ownership of HR Information Systems, completing monthly audits and analysis of the systemsTroubleshoot and analyze issues to determine resolution with support from our vendorRun and circulate monthly reports to the business from Peopledoc and Success Factors where requiredCompile monthly HR KPI's for Executive teamParticipate in data review, auditing and user acceptance testing of new processes, procedures and system changes as neededAdminister Annual Pay and Performance review processesContribute to the People Services team, displaying a strong ability to problem solve and train/coach team members on a variety of associated lifecycle data management transactions and administrative tasks.Requirements: Human Resources / Business Qualification: 3rd level qualification or equivalent experiencePrevious experience working with Success Factors HRISExcellent customer service, time management and communication skillsIf this sounds like a role you would be suitable for and interested in, please email your CV today to ******
