Job Summary Gracy's Restaurant is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside our existing Pizza Chef, in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking artisan pizzas in our hand-built wood-fired oven, using high-quality local ingredients.
You will contribute to the ongoing development of our pizza offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.Principle Responsibilities To work as a team and produce excellent pizzas to delight our customers.To prepare the mis en place for service to a high standard and ensuring HACCP is applied throughout all food productionMaking fresh sauces and preparations daily.Helping and assisting other areas of the kitchen when required as part of a team.Ensuring there is enough back up mis en place for busy days.Ordering and rotation of stockAccommodating different dietary requirements and keeping your customers happy.Cut, slice and grill meats like chicken, ham and beefCook appetizers, like mozzarella sticks, pizza bites, garlic breads and saladsIntroduce wonderful alternatives to our current offer as a specialWorking clean and organized at all times.
