BMS Lead
Our Data Centre Division is looking for a BMS Lead - Dublin
Requirements
1. Lead the design and implementation of Building Management Systems.
2. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate BMS solutions that meet project requirements.
3. Manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
4. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality BMS projects.
5. Develop project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, for BMS projects.
6. Oversee the execution of BMS projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to BMS and electrical control systems.
8. Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex BMS issues.
9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HVAC, lighting, and security, to integrate and optimize overall building systems.
10. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
11. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of BMS solutions.
12. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all BMS projects, including schematics, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in designing and implementing electrical control systems within BMS.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of BMS technologies, protocols, and industry standards.
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Project management experience is a plus.
8. Familiarity with relevant software and programming languages.
