We are seeking a proactive store manager to lead our retail operations and inspire a high-performing team.
The Role
The store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the store's commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets by identifying opportunities to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
* Develop a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store while ensuring back-of-house activities enable successful commercial execution.
* Become a Pandora product expert through thorough training and support from the regional sales manager.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a store environment.
* A passion for delivering exemplary customer service and creating a positive in-store experience.
* An understanding of Pandora's local and global business strategy and ability to translate this into delivery of store, regional, and division KPIs.
* Experience in using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, with the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified.
* Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team.
* The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
* A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora products and core values.
* A well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail.
