Job Title: Human Resources Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Human Resources Officer to join our client's dynamic HR team.
About the Role
This role involves providing professional HR support across various functions within the organisation, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on employment law and HR best practices.
* Support line managers in addressing HR issues, including coaching and mentoring.
* Manage a case load of employee relations and industrial relations matters.
* Monitor and manage absenteeism, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
* Contribute to the recruitment process, including post-interview follow-up and probation reviews.
* Participate in the development of staff through performance management systems.
* Ensure health, safety, and welfare at work are supported by HR policies and procedures.
* Conduct research and provide HR insights to support decision-making.
* Contribute to workforce planning and analysis.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR data is accurately managed and reported.
Person Specification:
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
* CIPD qualified or eligible for CIPD certification.
Skills & Experience:
* Full clean drivers license and own transport.
* Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law and its application in the workplace.
* Proven experience in providing HR advice and guidance, particularly in recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
* Experience in managing HR responsibilities with professionalism and proactivity.
Salary Information
We estimate the salary for this position to be around €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, based on national averages and industry standards.
