Fully onsite working model - 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
The Role:
As the Office & Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting various functions across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Front of House & Client Services:
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors.
2. Office Management:
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Organize travel and accommodation.
Assist with banking and filing.
Support health and safety initiatives.
3. Administrative Support:
Manage office equipment (printers, copiers).
Provide printing, scanning, and binding support.
Assist with archiving projects, data entry and reporting.
Handle ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth business operations.

1. Previous experience in facilities/office coordination, or strong admin is essential.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
