Your mission...
As an Account Executive, you will sell into the Public Sector at the Enterprise level. You’ll use various strategies, like reaching out to prospects and following up on inbound leads. By researching potential clients, you’ll craft personalised outreach plans that resonate. You'll also showcase our software through engaging online demos, clearly explaining its benefits. Your focus will be on supporting small businesses and driving their success.
Your everyday...
* Build awareness and drive demand for the company by helping organizations across the DACH region derive value from the company's solution.
* Clearly demonstrate and articulate the capabilities, power, and value of the product with a focus on cybersecurity and automation use cases.
* Manage multiple customer opportunities through the sales cycle and close complex transactions across diverse industries, including manufacturing, finance, technology, and healthcare.
* Work closely with channel/tech alliances to uncover and progress opportunities within the DACH enterprise and mid-market ecosystems.
* Uncover innovative use cases to enable customers to remove barriers, improve operational efficiency, and enhance cybersecurity postures.
* Actively prospect within the DACH region to supplement lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Business Development Representatives.
* Partner closely with our Technical Sales Engineering team to navigate complex technical requirements and ensure seamless solution alignment.
* Collaborate across Tines business functions (Legal, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.) to ensure a world-class customer experience tailored to specific organizational needs.
* Build a strong business plan through collaboration with enterprise customers, regional industries, and key stakeholders to achieve growth within your accounts and specified territory.
* Work closely with Sales Leadership to develop repeatable strategies for new logo acquisition across the DACH market.
* Deliver feedback to product and go-to-market teams on suggestions from customers and prospects to ensure solutions align with market needs.

What you bring to the table...
* 3-5 years experience selling software as a service (SaaS) products.
* Fluency in both German and English.
* Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
* Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
* Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, President's Club).
* A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach to achieving them.
