Temp Office Assistant
A part-time or full-time position based in offices.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Compliance management
* Verify invoice data for Ireland areas, match invoices to purchase orders, and resolve queries with buyers and vendors
* Update rosters, manage data entry, and maintain records
* General clerical work including filing, photocopying, answering phone calls, and dealing with queries
Job Requirements
* 2 years of administration or clerical experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Packages and efficient data entry skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
About the Role
This is a temporary position with an initial 3-month contract. The working hours are 35 per week, and the hourly rate is €19. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and high-quality records in a thorough and organized manner.
