The Role
* Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely completion.
* Collaborate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Communicate order status and progress to customers.
* Provide updates on order processing and delivery times.
* Direct customer inquiries and concerns to relevant departments or individuals.
* Maintain high-level customer service standards.
Requirements
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or order/data entry.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Experience with data systems and order processing.
* Background in purchasing and engineering industry preferred.
