Job Title: Sales Administrator
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Administrator to join our team at a leading supplier of water treatment components based in Nenagh, County Tipperary.
The Role:
Duties and Responsibilities
* Reception duties, answering phone calls and dealing with the public within the reception area.
* Maintaining a clean and professional work area and ensuring customers are always welcome.
* Allocating calls to the correct individual within the sales/accounts team.
* Working with our clients B2C brand.
* Managing and growing the on-line presence for through updating of website content and regular social media posts.
* Assisting with Lead Generation through Market Research, Mail Campaigns and direct calling of designated companies.
* Attending Trade Fair Exhibitions to promote the companys brand and products.
* Updating CRM and Invoicing Sales, along with general admin duties.
Requirements

* Excellent attention to detail.
* MS office experience with excellent IT/Administration skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Background in Sales and Marketing would be a distinct advantage.
