Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team of established executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying potential sales opportunities, and promoting financial services to existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Service an existing customer base through inbound and outbound calls, reviewing their financial services needs and persuading them to engage in phone conversations or meetings.
* Review the existing customer base to identify business development opportunities and provide advice and assistance to enable them to achieve their financial goals.
* Promote sales with the existing client base on protection products and develop other products as they progress.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is QFA qualified or working towards it, has excellent organisation and communication skills, and is confident interacting with clients face-to-face, via digital platforms, by phone, or written correspondence.
The ideal candidate will be target-driven, able to work under pressure, have a willingness to learn, and a determination to succeed.
They will also have a good knowledge of life and Protection Insurance products, having worked in the industry for at least twelve months.
