Our cherished heritage is our love of life, our focus is sharing it.Role and Responsibilities:Coordinate hotel show arounds, site inspections and new and perspective client meetingsCoordinate and manage event planning for Weddings, Meetings, Occasions and Gala Dinners & Events from end to end including issuing contracts and taking payment details and post event follow upCreate and distribute function sheets for events taking place in the hotelAssist in the creation and implementation of compelling advertising, marketing campaigns and social media content to promote the Hotel, Food & Beverage Outlets, the Spa and EventsPlan, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as neededEnsure website and other outlets are updated with current offersAbout The RoleCandidate Requirements:Previous hotel experience, while not essential, is highly desirable.
This role would ideally suit someone transitioning from an operational role into a more office-based or administrative position, where their hands-on experience in hotel operations will be a significant asset.Experience with creating advertising campaigns and other marketing collateralUnderstanding of marketing principals and strategiesCommunication and Interpersonal skillsProficiency in Marketing Software and Tools eg.
