Develops and recommends procedures and methods, and prepares technical reports and documentation. Performs technical evaluations of events to determine root cause; recommends corrective action.Job duties and responsibilities:Design & develop delivery systems for client companiesAssemble, test & package complex mechanical devices following written & verbal instructions.Work with Engineers to design & develop assembly methodsMaintain accurate work records such as engineering notebooks and routersTrain assemblers, technicians, & engineers in assembly methodsMaintain accurate inventory recordsAssist with in-process testing to assure product meets specificationOperates computer, laboratory & manufacturing equipment to test & develop prototype productsKeep work areas clean and organized as per required procedures.Assist in maintaining traceability of products.Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.Follow all company rules and policies.Follow all safety rules, Quality and ISO requirements.Implement good working practices and procedures.Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality.Education and Experience RequirementsTechnical Diploma advantageousBraiding and lamination experience desirableBalloon Catheter development or manufacturing experience desirableSkills and AbilitiesExcellent communication skills and organisation skills.Able to interact with client companies in a professional mannerAble and willing to work in a controlled environment and cleanroom assembly areaAble to understand and follow mechanical assembly drawingsAble to understand and follow written instructionsAble to use assemble equipment such as a braider, laminator, spot welder (training will be provided)Able to work with minimum supervisionAttention to detail is a necessity, the ability to demonstrate sound judgement/rational.Highly motivated and the ability to work within a team-based environment, flexibly and willing to learn.Benefits We offer a flexible work schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.
