We are currently recruiting for the role of Customer Support Specialist on behalf of a Financial Services organisation.
Customer Support Specialist
Great role for grads with 2 years customer service experience.
Dublin West based - Hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
* Manage calls/emails from customer base.
* Assist in customer account management and maintenance.
* Manage payments, dealer processes, settlements and termination of accounts.
* Resolve first level customer complaints.
* Liaise with other departments and personnel.
* Update and manage systems.
Requirements:
* 2 years proven experience within a Customer Service environment, ideally call centre etc.
* Qualification or equivalent in Finance, Business or related field.
* Keen sense of attention to details, communication and numerical ability.
