Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Frontline Support Worker with hospitality experience to join our dynamic team in Ireland.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert frontline support for Opera PMS (Cloud & On-Prem) and other Wyndham-approved property management systems.
* Manage alerts from customers and automated systems regarding service status and resolve related issues promptly.
* Work with various stakeholders to refine workflows and enhance the quality of support provided.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in reception, reservations, or knowledge of booking systems.
* Fluency in Arabic OR Turkish is required.
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
* Basic knowledge of Exchange Online (e.g., mailbox management, migrations, mail flow).
* Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS).
* Problem-solving mindset to quickly address and resolve complex technical issues.
* Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using Opera PMS or other hotel property management systems.
* Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking).

This role offers an opportunity to blend hospitality experience with customer support and tech skills. The ideal candidate will be based in Dublin 4 and work in a hybrid setup (3 days remote, 2 days in the office). The contract type is a 6-month temporary contract.
