REPORTING TO: General Manager
LOCATION: Based in Dublin. Candidates from NI are welcome to apply but must be willing to commute.
CONTRACT TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week with early finish Fridays.
Duties Will Include
1. Ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements are adhered to.
2. Assist with surveying and setting-out duties.
3. Supporting the site management team to ensure that the project is able to be completed on-time and in budget.
4. Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and pricing of materials.
5. Preparation of drawings, calculations, risk assessments and method statements, ensuring quality control and compliance procedures are adhered to.
6. Producing progress reports as appropriate.
7. Liaising with clients and carrying out site investigations.
8. Assisting engineers, subcontractors, and other parties engaged ensuring all work is completed according to specifications.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Candidates should either be planning to graduate in June 2025 or have graduated within the last 2 years with a degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
2. Practical site experience gained as part of a placement or paid employment.
3. Strong IT experience with MS Office and other relevant software such as AutoCAD.

1. Strong communication skills, with the ability to relay complex information in clear manner.
2. Well organised, with the ability to manage workload and prioritise competing tasks.
3. Possess attention to detail, and diligent with standards of work.
Additional information
1. All candidates should have the legal right or a valid permit to that enables them to work in the Republic of Ireland and the UK.
2. Travel to various sites and live projects across Ireland will be expected as part of normal duties for this role, therefore a full driving licence and access to own vehicle will be an advantage.
3. As part of this role, you will be expected to work outdoors on live construction sites all year-round in varying weather conditions.
