**Job Description:**
A leading Main Contractor seeks a Site Clerk for a long-term housing project in New Ross, Wexford. The ideal candidate has construction experience and preferably a degree in a construction-related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
* General site administration
* BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations) administration
* Quality control
* Health & Safety paperwork administration
* Document control for the site management team
* Procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for on-site accounts activities
* Maintenance of the site order book and reconciliation of orders with delivery dockets
* Inspection of deliveries where feasible
* Administration of returns in accordance with company policy
* Verification of invoices and dockets prior to submission to Head Office
* Data entry and backup tasks
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience, ideally in construction
* Strong attention to detail and diligence
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Benefits:
