Accounts Administrator – Leixlip Reed is delighted to be assisting our client based in Leixlip with the recruitment of an Accounts Administrator to join their busy and friendly team.
9.00 am - 5.30 pm (37.5 hours per week)

Office based, 5 days a week Duties and Responsibilities: Processing creditor invoicesMaking/Matching creditors invoices and checking prices and quantities are correctAnalysing and processing of credit cards and employee's expensesFollow up with suppliers to ensure credit notes for returns/shortages/price discrepancies are receivedLiaising with other departments in order to resolve queries regarding purchasing discrepanciesUpdating CRM system with all interactionsEmailing, printing & posting of Customer StatementsResponding to and resolving customer queries by phone or email after investigation with the relevant departmentAssisting accounts department with other duties as requiredJob Requirements: Good with numbers and attention to detailData accuracy and IT skillsWork on own initiative and work as part of a teamWell organised and good work ethic
