Program Risk Management Team Member
Morgan McKinley is partnered with a leading consulting firm seeking an experienced professional to join its Program Risk Management team.
This role focuses on providing programme assurance for ERP and technology projects across multiple sectors, including public sector, energy, financial services, and telecommunications.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Absorb and fortify programme success capabilities
* Administer risks and devise mitigation strategies
* Oversee governance and quality assurance for ERP and technology projects
* Ensure conformity with industry standards and regulations
* Interface with stakeholders at all levels, encompassing executive leadership and functional leads
* Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and service providers
* Supervise change management activities to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes
* Monitor project progress against key performance indicators, budgets, and timelines
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and identify lessons learned
* Support business development and internal initiatives, including team mentoring and recruitment
The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role, boasting a robust background in ERP/technology project management and programme assurance. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication skills, and relevant project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP) are highly desirable.
