Insomnia Coffee is one of Europe's largest premium coffee chains, with over 150 cafes across Ireland and the UK. We operate a mix of directly owned and managed cafes, as well as partnerships and franchises.

Job Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience is required, preferably in a fast-paced environment where high standards are consistently maintained.
* Coffee Connoisseur: You should have a passion for coffee and a desire to coach and develop excellent coffee and customer service skills in your store.
* Leadership Skills: As a supervisor, you'll need to be able to motivate and lead a team, maintaining consistent high standards and driving results.
* Availability: You must be available to work flexible shift patterns across a seven-day operational business.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
