Payroll Specialist Responsibilities Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly payroll files for various EMEA countries Accuracy and knowledge of all payroll data inputs, including new hires, leavers, transfers, salary changes, expenses, changes to employee data, and all other payroll transactions Processing country-specific tax relief applications and registrations Ensuring all staff are registered in the required jurisdiction and updating related trackers Review and peer check the Preliminary Payroll Reports from the Payroll Providers (variances & calculations where applicable) before approving for Payment.
Ensure compliance and knowledge with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws.
