Junior Sous Chef
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of one of our well-established clients in Co. Kerry.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a culinary environment and possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure situations and effectively communicate with customers, clients, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
* Develop and implement menus, control food costs, and manage inventory.
* Lead and motivate kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
