About the Role
We are seeking skilled administrative professionals to join our team as Clerical Officers in a public sector body. These temporary positions, initially 3 months with potential for extension, require a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
* Verifying and recording invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
* Taking minutes during meetings and arranging schedules as required.
* Responding to queries via phone, email, and postal correspondence.
* Coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues and follow up on outstanding matters.
* Attending and scheduling meetings, clinics, and other events.
* Processing claim forms and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and speed.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
