Responsibilities:
Actively engage with customers and market stakeholders via workshops, focus groups, and 1-1 sessions to deeply understand their challenges, workflows, and needs.
Build strong relationships with key customers to serve as their advocate during the product development process.
Requirements Gathering:
Capture and document detailed business and technical requirements.
Prioritize and refine customer needs into well-structured Epics, Features, and User Stories that align with business objectives.
Maintain a clear and transparent product backlog.
Prioritize work for the agile development team, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and customer value.
Continuously refine backlog items with input from customers, stakeholders, and the development team.
Collaboration with Development Teams:
Act as the primary point of contact between customers, stakeholders, and the agile team.
Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure the team delivers value consistently.
Provide clarity to developers on requirements and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Communication:
Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about product updates, roadmaps, and timelines.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and product delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Owner, or similar role in a SaaS environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working with development teams in an agile setting.
Exceptional ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks.
Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and customer meetings confidently.
Familiarity with Manufacturing, Pharma or Medical Device industries, is highly desirable but not essential.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, Azure or similar platforms for backlog creation, management and collaboration.
.Net, Web Services, HTML, XML experience is a nice to have.
BSc Computer Science or equivalent.
Agile certification.
