Join us as a Reward & Benefits Analyst
We’re looking to hire a Reward & Benefits Analyst to join our People Services team. The Reward & Benefits Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the team operates effectively and uses insights to design reward propositions that support business objectives in Three Ireland. The role will be involved in implementing strategies to improve awareness and understanding of reward and benefit propositions and ensuring the policies and practices developed are relevant and timely.
What else it Involves
* Provide analytical support and insight gathering to the Reward Specialist and the wider People Services team in the review, design, and development of existing and new initiatives.
* Support with the administration, co-ordination, and analysis of data for cyclical processes such as job evaluations, reward governance, benefit reporting, and the annual benefits enrolment window (including testing). Assist the People Business Partners, Recruitment, and Reward Team in role grading and salary benchmarking.
* Maintain and continuously improve key processes and documentation that support the effective running of the team and delivery of our services.
* Support the delivery and promotion of initiatives across the People team as required to ensure they’re effectively executed, communicated, and embedded.
* Obtain, collate, review, and analyse market remuneration and benefit data and trends to support Reward projects, annual pay review process, and ad hoc benchmarking.
* Support business change and effectively manage processes and working practices to maintain key documents and information, such as job descriptions, salary ranges, market benchmarks, reward policies, etc.
* Support in designing pay, incentive plans, salary progression arrangements, benefit offerings, etc., for the business and ensure they are fit for purpose, market competitive, and compliant with the Company’s pay policy and principles.
* Work with external suppliers to support benefit offerings.
The skills we’re looking for
* Previous experience in an analytics role, ideally within a Reward team.
* Desired experience in any job evaluation methodology and benefit administration.
* Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience.
* Adept at data analysis and drawing insights based on various data sources.
* Experienced in using software applications, such as Excel, to manage and analyse data.
* Basic understanding of key HR and business processes.
* Pro-actively research and develop knowledge in areas they support.
* Great team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Great organisation and communication skills.
