Job Description
At AECOM, we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager-Healthcare projects to join us in our Dublin office.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:
1. Work with other members of the project management team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects in education construction projects.
2. Lead project management commissions taking overall responsibility for their successful delivery.
3. Liaise directly with clients, oversee project management team members with their duties.
4. Ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time.
5. Planning, directing and supervising all operations included in moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity and financial impact.
6. Supporting the development of proposals for new work.
7. Be specifically responsible for delegated business development/marketing objectives.
Sector experience/workload: healthcare and hospital construction projects.
Qualifications
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within our markets along with having the following qualifications and experience:
1. Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Project Management or other construction or engineering-related profession.
2. Professionally Qualified – ideally Chartered Project Manager Status with the RICS, APM, CIOB, or other equivalent institution.
