Overview
PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm. With a network of offices in Europe, Asia, and the US and a multi-discipline team of c. 3,700 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy, and environmental sectors.
Within Group BD our responsibility includes reporting and coordinating Business Development and Market Research across the Group. We are responsible for quality and driving improvements and efficiencies in our ways of working.
We currently have an opportunity for a Business Development Associate to support ongoing projects across BD, Market Research, and CRM systems.
Closing Date is Friday 7th Feb.
Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:
1. Conducting research on our markets, clients & competitors.
2. Support company acquisition research & analysis to inform strategic decisions.
3. Help administer client surveys and feedback.
CRM & Data Management:
1. Maintain and optimize our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
2. Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Strategic Planning:
1. Assist in the development and execution of the annual business plan.
2. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives.
SharePoint Management:
1. Lead the maintenance and organization of our SharePoint site to ensure easy access to critical information.
2. Manage the communication and update of new and market-related information.
3. Support the consistent implementation of our standard digital forms.
Qualifications
The role requires:
1. 2-3 years experience working within the Market Research and Business Development sector.
2. Strong knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft packages.
3. Working knowledge of CRM systems.
4. Ability to collate and present data to a professional level.
5. Strong attention to detail with the ability to generate creative solutions, think critically, and demonstrate flexibility.
6. Good communication skills.
