About Turas Nua
Turas Nua is an Irish employability services provider, wholly owned by FRS Network, a cooperative social enterprise delivering services to Irish communities since 1980.
We support people who are over 12 months unemployed or employed part-time on low earnings through intensive, targeted, and personalised employment support services.
Purpose of Role
As a caseworker, you will work with clients referred by the Department of Social Protection to our IPNES program. You will manage a caseload of clients, coordinating internal support specialists and external organisations to provide a planned support service, guiding them towards sustainable employment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a robust case management plan for each client, working towards full-time employment.
* Use industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including job search support when they are job ready.
* Identify training solutions in consultation with tutors to meet specific learning needs.
* Maintain knowledge of the local labour market and schedule daily meetings with clients.
* Work with specialist services to assist clients in their journey towards employment.
* Present workshops and group-learning presentations to clients weekly.
* Achieve contractual key performance indicators (KPI) targets and record client interactions accurately.
Requirements
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum three years' experience in a customer-focused environment.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and deliver presentations in a group setting.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
