Marsh Multinational Domestic Team:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Advisor to join our Dublin based Advisory team. The successful applicant will primarily work on one of Marsh’s largest & most recognisable RMP Domestic clients which will involve working closely with the Account Executives plus local colleagues in Dublin plus the Marsh network to manage this client.

As the primary Client Advisor, you will be involved in managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, invoicing, producing new quotes, whilst handling any additional queries and services that are presented.
You will be a reliable and knowledgeable source that other team members can turn to for guidance & you will be encouraged to work collaboratively and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.

This role will have responsibility for the day to day professional management and servicing of all aspects of client’s insurance portfolio for some of our largest clients and will also provide assistance to Client Executives and the wider Client Advisory team.

We will rely on you to:
* Provide the best technical advice and service to Clients and Client Executives, utilising own knowledge and that of colleagues as necessary
* Negotiate renewals, re-marketing and finalise insurance placements.
* Provide day to day client support and service with a prompt response to enquiries including invoicing, issue of cover notes, endorsements, and summaries within agreed timescale.
* Develop and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, Insurance Companies and their personnel.
* Ensure that compliance procedures and policies are maintained and adhered to at all times
* Ensure cover placement in line with client instructions is delivered on time.
* Support the Team Manager with projects and other work as required
What you will need to have:
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to maintain clear lines of communication with various internal and external stakeholders
* Accuracy with good attention to detail and ability to check work of self and others
* Flexible and team player – develops close partnerships with onshore and offshore colleague
* Ability to identify areas to improve efficiency, accuracy and analysis and suggest ways of improvement
* Proficiency in Word and Excel
What makes you stand out:
* A degree in Business Studies or a related discipline (desirable)
* 3+ years relevant insurance experience
* Industry related qualifications ideal e.g. CIP, ACII (desirable). Must have a desire to undertake studies in industry related qualifications if not already qualified
