Morgan McKinley is collaborating with a prominent agricultural client seeking a Customer Success Specialist. This role involves working in East Cork.
Role Title: Customer Success Agent
Location: Little Island - Onsite
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Compensation: €30,000-€40,000 DOE
Duties:
* Ongoing management of existing customer relationships
* Daily calls, emails, and customer meetings with existing customers
* Continuous logging of customer activity on internal databases
* Support and resolve customer and partner queries on product issues received via phone, email, or other communication modes
* Support the onboarding of new customers
* Provide assistance to internal departments on customer queries, support, and training when necessary
* Collect and review customer feedback to pass onto developers or solution designers
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience in a BPO, call centre, or customer support centre is essential
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment alongside targets
* Interest in providing high-quality customer service
* Excellent attention to detail
* Technical systems experience is required
