Associate Director & Client Relationship Lead Are you an experienced Captive or Insurance professional with experience of the functions of a regulated insurance or reinsurance company? About Aon's Captive and Insurance Management Team Aon's Captive and Insurance Management team is one of the world's leading captive and insurance management service providers. Our team provides outsourced management services to over 1,300 insurance entities across 30 offices globally and in Ireland comprises a dedicated team of 60 people providing best-in-class captive outsourced management services, across all functions, to 40 captive insurance and reinsurance companies. What the day will look like As an Associate Director & Client Relationship Lead, you will lead Aon Captive Management service teams to deliver top quality captive management services to a number of our client captive insurance and reinsurance companies. You will also be a member of our Senior Leadership Team responsible for delivering financial and business results in line with our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for the following tasks, for a number of our captive insurance/ reinsurance clients: Leading a client service team, ranging typically from 3 to 7 people, to ensure the delivery of high-quality captive management and advisory services Coordinate the financial and regulatory reporting requirements for clients Prepare high quality reports and present to the Board of Directors Coordinate client projects and initiatives and drive all assigned projects to conclusion Identify Aon solutions to meet client needs and proactively seek out revenue growth opportunities. You will participate in our Senior leadership team who are passionate about maintaining and developing our service excellence to our captive clients, supporting with the below: Development of talent Allocations of resources to clients Resource and hiring planning. Skills and experience that will lead to success Ideally, the Associate Director & Client Relationship Lead will have the following skills: Possess strong client servicing skills Hold a relevant professional qualification (Accounting, Insurance or Risk Management) Have a minimum of 8 years relevant post-qualified experience (within or supporting a regulated insurance company/reinsurance company/captive insurance company or similar regulated financial services entity) Have a solid understanding of the financial reporting, regulatory and compliance environment which governs insurance and reinsurance companies and/or captives Have a solid understanding of the principles of risk finance Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills Possess the ability to develop and lead a team Possess good commercial awareness.
