The Accounts Assistant role is key to the smooth operation of the finance function.

Our client has been in operation for over 20 years, experiencing rapid growth and expansion due to cost efficiencies and fast product turnover.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the Administration office and reception area efficiently.
* Perform a broad range of accounts administrative tasks, including invoicing, query resolution, and supplier statement reconciliation.
* Support credit control, payroll, and general admin tasks as required.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of previous experience in a busy office environment.
* Demonstrable experience of invoicing and SAGE accounts.
* Previous experience of managing payroll and computerised systems (Microsoft Word and Excel).
* A customer-facing role is desirable, requiring you to be located in the reception area.

Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5.00pm, Friday: 1pm finish.
