Maintenance Manager
Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Dublin, is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of their production system.
About the Role
This is a critical position responsible for maintaining the plant in optimal condition by organizing daily, monthly, and annual maintenance planning, as well as performing inspections and direct equipment maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage maintenance planning for all site equipment.
* Organize preventive maintenance for key assets, including ball mills, separators, filters, pneumatic transport systems, and silos.
* Manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
* Inspect, monitor, and maintain equipment, identifying potential faults and implementing corrective actions.
* Diagnose and address electrical and mechanical issues, collaborating with external contractors during planned shutdowns.
* Interpret and modify technical diagrams and schematics for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other complex systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in maintenance, mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, or automation, preferably in the cement industry.
* Demonstrated track record of adhering to and enforcing safety regulations, particularly on projects under supervision.
* Working knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
* Proficiency in using tools, common appliances, and devices.
