CPL Healthcare is seeking a Manager, Medical Excellence & Operations to support the EUR/INT Medical Affairs organization in improving patients' lives through the identification, development, and commercialization of meaningful products addressing unmet medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational and analytics support for the Regional Medical Affairs Evidence Optimization and Managed Access team (EOMAT), utilizing scientific knowledge in Oncology and Neuroscience for effective management of essential information resources.
* Support the design, management, and implementation of a comprehensive information resource and communications strategy that promotes distance learning and effective information transfer within EUR/INT Medical Affairs.
Essential Functions:
1. Coordinate healthcare professional communications through Jazz systems, manage data reporting and dashboards, and optimize MAP processes for high-quality consistent responses to requests.
2. Manage study status reports, RWE tracker, and contribute to development and implementation of strategic learning plans for EUR/INT Medical Affairs stakeholders.
3. Design and manage Regional Medical Affairs shared resource sites, including content development, training, capacity building, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Requirements:
* Advanced degree in Science or Medicine (PhD, PharmD, or MD)
* Strong understanding of Medical Affairs function and training/excellence needs
* Prior field Medical Affairs experience preferred
* Project management experience in clinical or medical affairs setting preferred
* Excellent presentation, public speaking, verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
* Working knowledge of Smartsheet and SharePoint
* Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
