Personal Lines Executive - Drogheda A leading insurance provider is seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Lines Executive to join their team in Drogheda. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in personal lines insurance, looking to contribute to an expanding team while delivering exceptional service to clients. Your Role Handle all aspects of personal lines accounts, from new business to renewals and midterm adjustments. Provide clients with detailed advice, offering coverage comparisons and ensuring they receive the best possible solutions. Negotiate policy renewals and re-market as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for clients. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal processes. Maintain professional, timely communication with clients and insurance providers, ensuring all accounts are managed efficiently. Your Skills A minimum CIP qualification, or working towards it. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused approach. Experience in a similar role (2-3 years preferred) and a good understanding of personal lines insurance. A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
