Job Purpose
As a Multimedia Graphic Designer at Cora Systems, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality visual and multimedia content across our digital platforms. Your role will focus on graphic design, video production, podcast creation, and digital media strategies to drive engagement and ensure brand consistency. You will play a crucial role in defining best practices for digital advertising design and serve as an internal brand ambassador, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all company touchpoints. Additionally, you will leverage data from advertising, video, podcast platforms, and website analytics to continuously refine content effectiveness and optimize engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Brand Consistency
* Develop compelling visual assets for digital platforms, including website, social media and email campaigns.
* Design high-impact graphics and compelling formats for case studies, white papers, webinars, and reports.
* Create a standout visual presence at major tradeshows such as the Paris Airshow, ensuring Cora's brand stands out, and support the events team with event planning and execution as needed.
* Support live and virtual events by designing visually engaging presentations, motion graphics, and video elements.
* Ensure strong visual storytelling in PowerPoint presentations to support and empower the sales team, ensuring consistency with Cora’s branding across all channels.
* Maintain brand consistency across all materials by establishing clear design guidelines and supporting internal teams with branded templates and resources.
* Lead internal brand training and workshops to promote consistent visual identity across departments.
Video Production & Editing
* Produce video content including product demos, tutorials, and customer testimonials.
* Create engaging software walkthroughs and feature highlight videos.
* Edit interview footage to create compelling digital stories that demonstrate Cora's impact.
* Optimise video content for different platforms and audiences.
* Create (with subcontractor support) animated explainer videos that simplify complex project management concepts.
Podcast & Audio Production
* Manage the production of Project Management Paradise, Cora’s podcast series, from recording to editing and distribution.
* Enhance audio content with engaging visuals and social media snippets to increase audience reach.
* Collaborate with our podcast producer and speakers to create compelling podcast episodes.
* Analyze performance metrics from podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts) and YouTube to refine podcast strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Digital Advertising & Campaign Support
* Design high-performing visual assets for paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other B2B platforms.
* Optimize digital ads through A/B testing, ensuring creative elements align with audience engagement insights.
* Work closely with the growth marketing team to refine visual strategies for demand generation campaigns.
* Create visually appealing assets for account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and sales enablement materials.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
* Support the sales team with customized content for pitches and proposals.
Subcontractor Management
* Source and manage a network of subcontractors for graphic design and video production, ensuring all work aligns with Cora’s brand standards and visual identity.
* Establish a streamlined process for the marketing team to access high-quality media assets during out-of-office periods.
* Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to scale content production as needed.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
* Strong experience in graphic design, video production, and digital media creation, ideally in a B2B software or technology setting.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
* Experience creating and editing video and audio content for various digital channels.
* Ability to analyze and leverage data from advertising (LinkedIn), video (YouTube, Vimeo), podcast (Spotify, Apple Podcasts), and website analytics (Hotjar) to continuously improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
* Strong understanding of digital ad design principles and conversion-optimized creative strategies.
* Ability to define and maintain brand consistency across all marketing and internal materials.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* A portfolio showcasing a range of digital design and multimedia projects.
Desirable:
* Experience in podcast production, including recording, editing, and distribution.
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CMS platforms.
* Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
* Experience working with accessibility standards in multimedia content.
* Understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing strategies.
