These roles will be supporting the Nursing and Allied Health Professional Recruitment teams. We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join this team, ideally with experience recruiting in the Healthcare Sector.

Responsibilities:
These are the primary responsibilities of the role of a Recruitment Consultant.
What is expected of me day to day?
•Build personal book of business (candidates and clients)
•Meet or exceed target fee’s
•Source and qualify candidates to meet job requirements (confirm availability, capability/fit and interest)
•Develop, maintain and manage client accounts
•Demonstrate strong business development activity within your desk including: identifying new leads, building client relationships, attend networking events and similar, research and marketing
•Take ownership for personal and professional development
•Provide coaching and mentoring support to associates and other consultants
•Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are demonstrated at all times
•Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area
•Enter all candidate and client data accurately and in a timely manner to ensure Jobscience is up to date and of the highest quality
•Demonstrate the Cpl Core Values in all aspects of the role
•Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums in order to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations

•Maintains good relationships with high value candidates and asks for referrals
•Consistently follows up with candidates post placement to gauge fit and satisfaction
•Responds quickly and effectively to candidate communications
•Seeks to qualify candidates with a reasonable probability of success

•Communicates with clients, candidates, and colleagues in a highly professional manner
•Responds to all communications in a clear, concise and timely manner
•Creates a strong social media presence through developing a LinkedIn profile that attracts clients and candidates to engage with Cpl. Participates in social media activity that clearly promotes across our candidates and clients
Develops Self and Others through Coaching
•Assesses personal performance against business requirements and identifies areas for improvement
•Accepts constructive feedback in a positive manner and uses it to identify and close development gaps
•Remains optimistic, is driven to perform beyond expectations, and takes pride in own work
•Role models the “Cpl Way” for associate and other consultants (i.e., work process, professionalism, tools and techniques)
•Acts as a mentor and coach to Associate Consultants by observing behaviour and suggesting ways in which they can improve
•Actively seeks internal and external opportunities to include Associate Consultants on initiatives or activities that can be of great benefit from a learning perspective
Technical Proficiency
•Demonstrates good understanding of recruitment processes and Cpl operating principles
•Makes good use of Jobscience to source and place candidates
•Uses market trends and emerging issues within area of expertise to direct effort in the market
