We are looking for a passionate, creative, collaborative, and solutions-oriented teammate to join the Learning & Enrichment team. The L&E team is responsible for worldwide Clouderan learning experiences, including both managers and individual contributors, and organizational change management.
You will: Facilitate L&E training opportunities within the EMEA region. Partner with the business to understand current needs related to training and development. Act as a change management subject matter expert for L&E programs and initiatives. Ensure that programs and trainings are aligning with the overall company strategy. Harness technology and digital capabilities to increase program reach and value. Embed measurement and feedback mechanisms into each program to ensure that we meet our objectives and can iterate with agility. Assist program design and development partners with content creation. Partner closely with the content designers. Manage communication initiatives, course coordination, and administration where required. You have: Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or 2+ years equivalent work experience. Desired experience within learning & organizational development. Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects at once. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to connect with employees at all levels. Experience and success working on high impact programs with urgency. A passionate, creative, collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. Analytical skills with high attention to detail.
