HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES | CONTRACT | DUBLIN Staffline are delighted to partner with our client based in North County Dublin, with the appointment of a Head of Human Resources, on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis.

ON OFFER| Attractive Base Salary DOE 30 days Annual Leave Allowance Subsided Canteen Scope for hybrid working model THE ROLE| As an experienced HR leader, you will oversee the strategic HR initiatives and enable continued transformation.
This is a key leadership role, and an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in organisational design with a proven history of developing and implementing strategy as well as a passion for building strong relationships with senior leaders to deliver progressive workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES| Lead and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives across Workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and other key areas Manage and mentor a high-performing HR team Delivery and review of HR policies and procedures to align with employment legislation Own Performance Management, mentoring and offer ongoing support to Senior Management.
Develop and lead impactful Learning & Development programs Provide expert support and guidance on Employee and Industrial Relations issues SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE| A relevant third level qualification in HR or relevant field of study Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably working in Public Sector Strong background in ER/IR, with sound knowledge of employment law Demonstrated experience in managing strategic HR projects and leading organisational change.
Passion for building capability, driving engagement, and enhancing culture.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Access to own transport due to location Ability to complete Garda Vetting and an occupational medical as part of the on-boarding process.
