Job Description
This role involves working closely with development officers, campaign managers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making and effective fundraising strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Salesforce CRM and Tableau, and a deep understanding of fundraising metrics and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize fundraising strategies.
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
* Develop and maintain advanced reporting and data visualizations using Tableau and Salesforce CRM.
* Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in fundraising and data analysis.
* Maintain accurate and secure data management practices.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role, preferably in a fundraising or non-profit environment.
* Proficiency in SQL and SAQL, statistical analysis software (R, Python), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Salesforce CRM).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Data Management:
* Evaluate and improve data collection, cleansing, storage, and retrieval processes.
* Manage the integration of data from various sources, including CRM systems, financial databases, and external data providers.
* Maintain SFDC Local by ensuring correct objects and fields are populated and monitoring Sync for errors.
