Procurement/Purchasing Co-Ordinator

The Job :
As a key part of the team & reporting directly to the Group Procurement Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers on product/service delivery to the group, purchase order process management, maintaining accurate procurement/purchasing data & supporting ongoing business growth planning.
In addition to the above you will manage quotation & tender pricing, maintain & update complex data records, ensure compliance with procurement policies & procedures, liaise with internal stakeholder & project teams, & proactively support sustainable procurement across the business.
Experience/Skills required:
1. 3rd level degree qualified.
2. 3-4+ years experience in a relevant procurement, purchasing or supply chain role.
3. Experience in a public sector procurement/purchasing would be an advantage but is not essential.
4. Proven ability to multi-task & work with diverse teams.
5. Strong IT skills including & previous experience using ERP systems (Oracle preferred) would be an advantage.
The Offer :
This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary depending on skills & experience to date but expected to range to approx. 45k with a strong benefits package on top.
This position will be a hybrid mix of in office & working from home/remote but the initial training & onboarding period will be fully office based.
