I am looking for an Accounts Assistant on behalf of a Real Estate company based in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate would have 2-4 years of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in their career who wants to gain mentorship and complete their ACCA exams. If you are someone completing your ACCA exams or the Accounting Technician’s Course, this role will offer you great progression and mentorship to help you grow in your career.
Responsibilities:
* Process and manage a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
* Maintain accounts payable records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries.
* Process monthly payment runs from the system and send for approval.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
* Good understanding of IT systems and MS Office suite.
* Previous experience in Real Estate is an advantage, but not required.
* Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is starting out in their career and wants to join a finance team where they will be working alongside another Accounts Assistant reporting to a Finance Manager.
