Job description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity within the Distribution Department in Grange Castle for a Transport Office Administrator. This role reports directly to the Transport Lead. To provide daily support to the Transport Lead and ensure the office administration functions and processes are carried out in line with company policy. You will be responsible for all administrative functions within the Transport Administration office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* File management
* Data entry and record keeping
* Daily, weekly, monthly reports
* Act as a point of contact for delivery drivers on a daily basis
* Issuing credits
* Perform cash balancing and prepare lodgements
* Liaise with other departments and contracts within the company to manage day-to-day queries
* Adhoc tasks
