Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Mullingar
This is a full-time, office-based role that requires a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team.
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator with at least five years of relevant experience to provide critical day-to-day administrative support.
About the Role:
* Provide daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries via phone and email.
* Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Handle correspondence and ensure timely communication.
* Manage and execute day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and data entry.
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and organise office systems and ensure a tidy working environment.
* Work closely with the PA to provide seamless support to the MD.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required.
* Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ensure the availability of office supplies and coordinate restocking when necessary.
* Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as requested by management or team members.
* Provide flexible support to address immediate or unexpected needs within the office.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in an administrative or office management role.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
* Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative and approachable, able to build strong working relationships.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in administrative tasks and document preparation.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
