Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a recently established aircraft leasing firm on a newly created role on their treasury team.
This role would suit a qualified accountant with c1-3 years PQE experience in Aircraft Leasing or Corporate Services.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly internal and external reporting packages for the portfolios.
* Daily monitoring of debt service payments with escalation of all outstanding items.
* Prepare reconciliations of monthly cash flows.
* Review legal documentation (credit agreements, loan agreements, lease documents), manage the compliance requirements of the various facilities and ensure all obligations are satisfied.
* Assist with developing loan amortization schedules and interest rate setting process.
* Manage the input and processing of treasury transactions into the treasury management system.
* Produce management and board reporting on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc basis.
* Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analyses.
* Liaison between various internal departments (risk, contracts, marketing) and external stakeholders.
* Identify improvement opportunities to optimize treasury processes and increase internal controls.
* Manage documentation of the internal policies and best practices.
* Proactive approach to identify automation and harmonisation opportunities within all treasury processes.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Accountant
* 3 + years experience in Aircraft Leasing, Corporate Services or Financial Services
* ABS experience an advantage
