Goods Inward Administrator - The Panelling Centre - Furry Park, Dublin 9

Principal Objective
Reporting to the management, providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the team by taking charge of all Goods Inwards and addressing any questions or issues that may arise.
Knowledge & Experience
* Experience in dealing with Goods Inwards in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and numerical skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Taking responsibility for all Goods Inwards by updating all documentation in our system and handling any questions or issues that may arise.
* General office administration including phone communication and data inputting.
* Supporting counter sales and preparing sales dockets.
* Administering petty cash and assisting the cash office when needed.
* Health & Safety Awareness - ensuring that Company Health & Safety Regulations are strictly adhered to.
* Building customer relationships.
* Maintaining a high customer service standard ensuring all customers are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
* Ability to manage and anticipate change.
* Ensuring a tidy working environment at all times in line with health and safety guidelines.
* Actively safeguarding against theft of company goods or property by being security conscious at all times.
* Ensuring all company policies are implemented accordingly.

* Working week Monday to Friday (may be required to work Saturday rota)
