Position Overview: As Brand Manager you will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Marketing in the Energy Drink category within the international beverage sector.
It will support broader market teams, focusing on brand strategy, communications, and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing the overall brand strategy, including positioning, purpose, and sustainability initiatives.
Partner with key regions to ensure brand communications align with strategic objectives and address key consumer insights.
This includes supporting the creation of marketing assets from briefing agencies to production.
Work closely with international and regional insights teams to stay at the forefront of consumer trends and behaviors.
Ensure adherence to global brand guidelines across all consumer-facing assets through the governance process.
Identify scalable opportunities for brand growth in collaboration with regional teams.
Support global consumer engagement initiatives, such as gaming activations.
Oversee daily marketing activities, including project management, design upgrades, and cross-functional execution.
Qualifications & Experience: 8-10 years of brand marketing experience with a focus on brand development and activation.
Strong understanding of brand positioning and marketing mix fundamentals.
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence within a matrixed organization.
Experience in developing and executing consumer engagement programs.
Proven ability to translate insights into disruptive brand-building initiatives.
Project management expertise, including cross-functional collaboration and execution planning.
Experience in or curiosity about global markets, particularly in diverse cultural contexts.
