Job Title: Construction Administrator
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland. Salary: £30,000 per annum.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support our clients' construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage purchase ledgers, invoices, and supplier payments.
* Coordinate contracts, material orders, plant hire, and waste management.
* Track compliance documentation and maintain supplier/subcontractor records.
* Process payroll, monitor employee hours, and organise travel/accommodation.
* Update project data, maintain reports, and organise site documentation.
* Support general office administration, including diary management and meeting minutes.
About You:
* Experience in construction administration or a similar role.
* Proficient in MS Office; Sage knowledge is a plus.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
