As a Motor Technician at Parson Garage, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a range of vehicles, including hybrid technology.
* Work efficiently within a team to meet workshop targets and deadlines.
* Maintain high standards of professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
* Keep up to date with industry developments and new vehicle technologies.
* Follow all health and safety regulations and adhere to company policies.
* Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard in line with manufacturer specifications.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Motor Technician, ideally within a busy workshop environment.
* A strong motivation to succeed and develop within the automotive industry.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* A positive mindset and good work ethic.
* Full, clean driving license.
* Willingness to enroll in and complete Toyota's comprehensive training program, with a focus on hybrid technology.
* A professional approach to work and customer interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Diagnostic Technician qualifications or equivalent.
* Experience working with hybrid or electric vehicles.
