Claims Coordinator - Bodily Injury Claims
Dublin North or Cavan location - Hybrid 2 days onsite - €35,000-€47,000 DOE - additional benefits
Job Mission:
As a Claims Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within the Claims team, delivering high-quality service to customers by managing a portfolio of claims. You will ensure accurate reserving, apply core insurance principles, and strive for optimal outcomes. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of colleagues and maintain a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively manage claims, ensuring adherence to procedures and compliance standards.
2. Communicate effectively with policyholders, colleagues, and third parties, offering advice and support.
3. Conduct thorough claims investigations, assess liability, and identify potential fraud.
4. Prepare detailed reports, outlining claims status, decisions, and next steps.
5. Continuously develop personal skills and contribute to team improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Minimum APA, CIP preferred.
2. Must have Personal Lines experience.
3. Relevant experience in claims (preferably dealing with Bodily Injury claims).
4. Strong knowledge of insurance principles, legal/regulatory frameworks, and customer service standards.
5. Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
Remuneration:
€35,000-€47,000 dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Hybrid working with 2 onsite at their Dublin or Cavan offices.
